More is on its way, and given how Euro Truck Simulator 2 quickly expanded thanks to SCS Software and the modding community's efforts, it's safe to assume American Truck Simulator will slowly fill out.

My longest was about 2600 miles, using the Trucksim Map 5.0, Once you get Long Distance Level 6 unlocked deliverys will cover the entire map and take about 50 - 60 hours game time (and around 6 to 8 hours real time) to complete. You can turn that (mouse control) off in Options --> Controls and all the way at the bottom, in the Alternate Mouse Cursor Controller section, hit the RESET button for controller selection. #2.
Also, there is nothing left to be unlocked, any truck part, customization option; but new paint jobs could appear. By the way, default maximum Level is 150, that can be changed by modifying the configuration file. I hope this will help. Still confused?! Ask.
