I knew it'd be a bit more money but I've always wanted to convert a bike anyways. It's about 30 minutes work, if you have the right parts to swap the 21/18 wheels off the enduro, and stick on the 17s of an SMC. And they are/were hard to find - but there were brackets that allow you to use the front brakes of the SMC.
